I took my 2010 Volkswagen EOS in there yesterday. This car has been giving me major issues since the purchase in March 2024. They were up front, honest, empathetic and professional. Due to the major issue they suggested I take it back to the dealer; as it was too expensive to fix. They also did not charge me for this estimate. In hopes the dealer fixes the car; because they have earned my business moving forward. Thank you, Jim and Nancy.

I took my daughters keep in for repairs. The customer service rep Nancy was extremely helpful during the. Processes and explained everything prior to repairs being done to my vehicle. The technician discovered the problem quickly, and resolved the issue without any difficulties. I highly recommend the auto service for anyone needing auto repair. I. Will continue to use Joes/Curtis auto repairs for all of my vehicles when they need servicing. Thank you for your great hod !

I wanted to thank Nancy and Chuck for a wonderful job with my transmission on my Blazer! Nancy kept me up to date on how things were going, awesome price ! Super accommodating as I had purchased a Groupon for an oil change deal and I didn’t read the exclusions that stated no Euro vehicles and I have a VW Tiguan and they did the oil change anyway and I just had to pay the difference for the specialty oil filter my vehicle requires. Highly recommend them!!! Service: Oil change

A few weeks ago I took my jeep wrangler to be fix. I know Jim and his family from church so there was a level of trust already. Come to find out I need a new transmission cause mine was not shifting out of first very well. The shop was cleaner than I ever thought it would be. His shop mechanic fixed my Jeep and got it back in the showroom running shape . Fact is I now get better miles per gallon giving me 51 more miles per fill up. Wow. Unknown to me my pre cat was throwing off codes and flooding my engine. Now it runs and drives like she was new. Today 12/15/2020 I just got my oil changed and we talked about new tires for her. I bought two new ones back in oct and they were dry rotting on the sides. Didn't buy from here , came from a store ,Blue in color , no names.. lol but dry rotting tires. Brought light to what all the numbers and lettering means on the side of the tires. Real educational. I buy new tires as soon as I can from Jim. He now has two locations and will only be using him. He never tried to sell me any service I didn't need. Did I say he is a man of God. Fare priced friendly service and good turnaround time. As usual they have All of the different Diogenes equipment needed. They fixed my truck within their fast and correct. Fixing the issues that needed to be corrected to fix it properly. Beware! This is not Curtis or Joe anymore. It was bought by an unscrupulous, unprofessional con man. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else. The place charges over $100 just to look at the car. The blouser in the office said " bless your heart" to me as I was leaving which we all know is southern for f--k you. A very unprofessional business. .
